Camelback Toyota

I was leary of going to Camelback after reading the earlier reviews here on Edmunds but I was looking for a Camry Hybrid and at this time there are just not many around. Having visited Right Toyota near my home and being pressured to buy a Prius (that was in stock) rather than wait for the Camry, I started calling looking for what I wanted. I spoke to Donna (in the fleet dept - there are 2 Donna's there) she said they had 1 on the lot that was available due to a canceled deal. She told me what equipment it had and that the price would be MSRP. The only other dealers that had Camry Hybrids were charging a premium so she had my attention. Then I read Edmunds reviews and was concerned. I went to the dealership and found the car as described. She never tried to raise the price and after pulling my credit, agreed to match the financing rate I had been quoted by a credit union. In finance I found the same "no games" approach. The deal was written as agreed, I don't think I was in finance for more than 30 minutes and I was on my way. I don't know if my experience was different because I went through their "Internet Fleet Dept", if they have made significant changes or if I just go lucky finding an honest person but I certainly have no complaints.
