They didn't listen to me

onI made my purchase through a credit union and when I spoke to sales, explained I was coming in on my lunch hour. Told them I was paying cash and did not want or need any extras. They still put me through over 2 hours of hard sell on an extended warranty, etc. And then wanted me to come back for additional operating instructions. Ignored that one.
