I visited this dealership after going to many others in hopes of finally buying my first car. I walked in alone and not knowing much about cars and was pleasantly surprised with how great everyone was. I was lucky enough to work with Jim Testa and his assistant Dawn. Jim went above and beyond for me during the whole experience. He took the time to explain everything to me, talked to my dad who I was conversing with on the phone and did not push me once. He was patient and kind throughout the whole process. He even let me come back in to get a cleaning after I purchased a new car and my dog threw up in it that same day to get it cleaned. I’m so thankful that I was able to work with Jim and can’t give enough praise to him. He made the car buying experience fun and exciting. I will always be grateful for him and his assistance in purchasing my new car.
