Smith RAV4 Purchase

Our salesperson, Ryan Hill, was exceptional. He went out of his way to expedite our purchase of a RAV4 by assisting with the financial forms before we arrived at the dealership. All the staff were courteous and professional at all times. I do wish there was a way to cut the amount of time spent on the paperwork portion. Ryan Hill was very thorough in showing us all the new features on our RAV4. He answered all of our questions and was very congenial. Great job by all.
