Camelback Toyota

This dealership was horrible!!! There customer service was beyond bad. They did not know what to do with the lease that I was turning in. They were unsure about how to finance it. I had to point out certain terms, then they had to clerify them. Somehow I was correct. All I did was listen to what they had said earlier. They finally (after 6 hours) sent us on our way. Then I got a call two days later telling us about an "issue" that's all the message said. When we got there, ( I called to tell them we were coming) they were confused about what to do. I was taking my old vehicle home anyway and somehow they misplaced it. After close to an hour they finally found it. Once we didnt want the new loan that was $80 more a month. They continued to argue with us and treat us like crap. They wanted my family to get in a car and drive to another location with them... WITHOUT CAR SEATS. Theses people have no idea what they are doing.
