service Rating
Poor service

on$105,000 truck with 900 miles brought in for ecom parts installation worth over $5,000. Two parts installed incorrectly. Missing plastic trim piece inside cab area. Truck given back to me with a non-working tail light/turn signal assembly. Truck also completely dirty. Truck was brought back for second round of repairs and given back to me with one one of the two issues resolved. No consideration for customer's time.

Dealer Response
Good morning poorgmc,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. I sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with your vehicle during your recent visit. It’s clear we didn’t meet the high standards you expect, especially with a vehicle of such value.
We are sorry the inconvenience regarding the installation of the parts, as well as the missing trim piece and the non-working tail light/turn signal assembly. Additionally, I’m very sorry that your truck was returned to you in a dirty condition. This is certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers, and I understand your frustration.
I can be reached directly at 623.815.4405 or rsmith@libertygmcaz.com. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to address these issues.
Sincerely,
Robert Smith
