Needed an oil change and tire rotation so called and talked to charming young lady who cheerfully set up the appointment. Brought the car in and 90 minutes later drove away with a squeaky clean and serviced car. So easy - I like easy. Everyone working there was attentive and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. Not a negative vibe in the building. It was an enjoyable way to get my car duties done. thanks john
