Excellent service and communication

onThis was an issue with the power controls on the driver's side seat breaking. It was under warranty, as it had been repaired 8 months earlier. I was impressed that our Service Advisor, Ricky Robertson, treated us as if we were very important customers. He did a great job communicating to us what was going on, as a part had to be ordered. He called us as soon as the part was in and scheduled the repair at our convenience. He even had the car washed for us. I will continue to use Auto Nation for service because of the quality service we have been provided.
