Bad service.

onI called my service advisor. They said it would be about a week till they could get to it. So I brought it in the next week. Three weeks later I was able to pick it up. It was a simple sensor that took a few hours to replace. I had to pay $600 in rental car. The service advisors just kept telling me lies.
