AutoNation Chevrolet Gilbert
Dealership Service Review
Well.... I hate to say it, but it was a horrible experience! First, I made an appointment ahead of time to have my tires rotated, oil changed, and to diagnose the check engine light. It took 16 days to get my truck back(July 18- August 2 ). Only after day 14 (July 31), I told Jennifer that I would be leaving a below average review, did she offer a rental car. Second, Jennifer, my service persons communication was very disappointing, to say the least. She NEVER called me and gave me updates. I called her several times, and she would sometimes send a text with minimal updates. I finally called the sales office and spoke to a salesman. He was very kind and went to talk to Jennifer for me. The last concern I will share is the total price. On July 27, Jennifer told me it would be "$491 out the door". On August 2, Jennifer text me and said they broke a sensor but it will be ready in the evening. She never "text" me that there will be a price increase. To my surprise, when I picked up my truck, my total price was $691.11. I was so frustrated that I did not question the $200 price increase for the broken sensor. I would really like the money refunded for the sensor that was broken and compensation for keeping my truck for 15 days without offering me a rental car. I would like to give your dealership another chance to keep my business by 3 FREE oil changes and tire rotations. I really believe that would be fair. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a great day! Jim
