Inconvenient facility

onI was looking for an Avalanche and checked their inventory online at Chevrolet.com. I found a vehicle I was interested in and went to the dealership. The office facility is very old and no one contacted me for an extended period of time when I walked in. I finally flagged down a salesperson, and we went across the street to a multilevel garage where inventory is kept. It took quite a long time to find the vehicle I was looking for. When negotiating for price, I had been to several different dealers and I told the salesman what I was looking to pay based on what I'd negotiated at other places. The salesman said they could do that deal or anything close, and that ended the process.
