Sales excellent - Automatic phone service sucks

Sales experience was excellent. Sales person (Clint) knew his product and was very helpful. Three days after purchase we tried to contact finance department about a question. Automatic phone service rang and rang and rang and no one answered. We tried for 3-1/2 hours before we contacted sales and had them connect with the finance department.....just to get a question answered. Very unprofessional phone system.
