onI continue bringing my car here because it’s where I purchased it, but the service experience has been consistently frustrating. Every time I bring it in, I struggle to get in touch with a service advisor. I’m told someone will call me back, but I never receive a follow-up. To add to that, I’m asked to complete a survey after my visit yet I'm also told to skip it unless I plan to leave a perfect 5-star review, because anything less negatively affects the staff. That completely defeats the purpose of honest feedback. If surveys are only useful when they reflect perfection, how can customers voice real concerns or help the business improve?
