I just bought a brand new CRV and noticed a noise on the 2nd day that was intermittent depending on wear I was driving. Took it in and was greeted by my service advisor, Greg S. He was welcoming and very helpful and explained what would be done to help find the cause. Within an hour he came to me to say that the source of noise was found. Jesse, an outstanding young man, and obviously very knowledgeable about the mechanical side took me for a test drive. Noise was gone!! And I was a happy Honda lady!! I am so fortunate to have these two people on my Honda team for my car. I know they will watch over this car for many years to come. Thank you Greg and Jesse!!!!!
