If I could give 6 stars, I would! My fiancé was in a bind after selling her car the day before Easter Sunday. (This is after returning a brand new Versa two days prior because the payment went from 330 to 490. After having the car for a week.) But we got her car back and sold it and were willing to put 2,200 down. Decent credit and the first place we went they tried to put us in a brand new Versa for $521 a month!! We have our first baby coming in two months and cannot be put into a high monthly payment. We left, called Rich at Autonation Honda, told him our story. I explained the situation, the monthly payment we wanted, the credit score we had, the price and year of cars we were looking at. He said it was all reasonable and didn't understand why they couldn't get is in a car. We left for Easter dinner came back, asked Rich to pull a BMW up for us. We get there and he tells us, we don't want to be stuck in a BMW later down the road with its expenses. He sold us a 2012 Honda Civic. Payments at 340. He gave us what we were originally were looking for. Because he asked us. He didn't try to force one of the multiple Versas they had on the lot down our throat. (Which has happened twice to this point!) He had one sale on Easter Sunday he was suppose to be in for and stayed because he didn't want us to get burned anymore. He was courteous and professional. Beyond a professional level. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from him or Autonation Honda. Everything was explained to us to a tee, from Rich to the finance department. You made my fiancé's first car experience perfect and painless. And for that I thank you! You've earned my recommendation for future car buyers, and my business for life! Thank you Rich.
