AutoNation Honda Chandler

Excellent service today as we got our next new Honda. This is our 4th CR-V, and our 3rd from AutoNation Honda Chandler. We couldn't have asked for a better experience- their customer service is outstanding and doesn't pressure you in any way. We love coming back here because the employees make you feel welcome and actually thank you for coming back after all these years. Elmer O assisted us when we first walked in the showroom; again, not pushy at all. He talked to us for a while, we told him what we were interested in, and we hopped in the golf cart for a tour of their car lot. John S hooked us up with a FANTASTIC deal in a short amount of time. And Eric T was a pleasure to work with when we took care of all the finance and paperwork. He was extremely professional and made the tedious process of signing all those reams of paperwork incredibly bearable. He was funny and personable great. We loved the experience here today - thanks for making this such a great way to spend a Friday night, John, Eric, and Elmer! We'll definitely be back...I need a new car in 2015.
