Odd Sales Practices & Don’t want to explain anything

Bought a used car. The car inspection by the dealer themselves had come back with a minor oil leak reported. I understand used cars are “as is” and was good with purchasing it. But I did want to be knowledgeable about these things and that’s where things got odd. 1. Sales guy kept saying he doesn’t know and I don’t need to worry about it. When I asked to get details from their service team, he tried to push me to buy a brand new car. When I asked again, he kept telling me the car is as is and they price won’t come down. Note that I kept telling him I wants to buy the car as is and I’m not negotiating the price down. I said “I want to give you my money.. can you please just give me some sort of an explanation for this leak so I know what to be on the look out for”. 2. Autonation has a 5 day 250 mile guarantee to bring back the car for any reason. Since he wasn’t explaining the oil leak.. I asked about this guarantee and worse case I could bring the car back after I get it inspected by my mechanic. The sales guy says… “oh were not even going to talk about that. We not even going to talk about the return guarantee and if want to get it inspected after you buy the car then we’re not even going to sell you the car because I’m sure they will find something wrong and you’d bring the car back. It’s a waste of time for all”. I confirmed by asking “so you’re saying that after I buy the car.. even though it’s MY car.. you want me to tell you right now that I won’t get it inspected!?” He said “yes. That’s right don’t get it inspected. Our guys here are great we are great and you need to trust us “. 3. Given the price and the urgency; I bought the car. But then the person we were signing the paperwork with was just horrible. He was pushy with the extended warranty and changed his attitude when we declined. I’ve never seen someone change their behavior from nice to rude this quickly. And worse, he wanted me to NOT READ any of the long contractual agreements I needed to sign. He was getting frustrated that I wanted to read and understand what I’m signing! When I’d ask him a question.. he didn’t know the answer he said and he wanted me to just sign it. “It’s all standard stuff so just sign it” he said. No wonder Dar dealers have a bad reputation. This experience was ridiculous and horrifying to some extent.
