We bought a 2010 CRV from Laurence Bautista yesterday and our experience was wonderful! We had come into San Tan Honda feeling shaken and upset from a horrible experience at another local Honda dealership where we felt pressured and bullied. We felt none of this at San Tan. Everything that was an option on our vehicle was explained as just that, an OPTION! We felt like we understood the process well and Laurence also got more on our trade in for us than any other dealer. We will definitely buy the rest of our cars from Laurence and will recommend any friend to him!
