AutoNation Honda Chandler

Bought a used car at SANTAN HONDA from salesperson Dennis Berger. Seemed to take forever to get the paperwork moving. All was going well until delivery when we received only one key. We were told that was all there was. No happy we went to service after exchanging words with our inept salesperson and found out that a new key and remote would be $248. We went back in to see the Sales Manager who approached us without a word or introduction and stood there. We finally spoke up and asked what he was going to do for us. The Sales Manager took an aggressive posture towards us and stated that SANTAN HONDA would do nothing, we took delivery and he pointed us towards service. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing and do not overlooked the details. These guys will take you any way they can. AVOID IF POSSIBLE. We have had great service from [another dealership], just wished they had the car we wanted at the time.
