When a service tech or representative provides options on a Noyle change and never shares pricing you’re assuming that it’s a fair price for no change but when you get a bill for over $100 on a oil change, that’s outrageous that’s misleading that’s being dishonest and taking advantage of customers that don’t ask the questions. The service agent should charge a fair rate and let you know what that rate is when they highlight a special promotion.
