onLOVED the vehicle, but it wreaked of smoke! My sales associate was empathetic to my disappoint. Agreed to my request of a repeat odor binning and new cabin air filter. I’m still in the deciding phase of keeping the vehicle. Although 98% of smoke smell is gone, it now smells of a very strong chemical odor. I am super grateful there is a 5 day/250 mile, risk free return policy for the car. I’m doing all I can to try to make this work! My only other disappointment was that I felt the sticker price should have been reduced a couple thousand dollar more to compensate for this ginormous odor hurdle. Would have given me the means to pay for further detailing & odor removal efforts.
