Dealership Service Review
The Service Rep seemed to want to push me away versus help me. I schedule a 7:15 am appointment, showed up earlier than that. He then stated that we have quite a few cars today, and it would take up to 4 hours just to run a few minutes diagnostic on my vehicle, and stated it would cost $175. I explained that’s kinda of steep for an issue that was a recall a few years back. He also stated that although you schedule online, doesn’t mean you’ll be serviced at that time. I then proceeded to mention that it really defeats the purpose than of Setting an appointment for the customer cause we have an expectation it’ll be seen within that timeframe. Then, this Service Rep has the audacity to say, well, if you treat me right, I’ll treat you right. In my mind, I’m already thinking, I’m the customer, and should always be treated with the proper customer service skills and respect. I ended up driving off with the airbag issue not being addressed, with a lack of confidence regarding this dealership. It’s not my first run in with this type of push back. Not sure what type of training they go through but I just felt pushed away versus wanting to be helped. Please address this issue, and know I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for years, and within the last 3 to 4 it’s went really downhill.
