Beware: negligent service and customer ignored

My experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler with service advisor Jordan Palazzetti was very disappointing. After leaving my car for more than 5 hours, I received no receipt, had my oil overfilled by at least a quart, and a cheap aftermarket oil filter was installed instead of the Honda OEM part. The maintenance minder was not reset, and my locking lug nut was replaced with a mismatched, larger lug nut that was cross-threaded. Even more concerning, the physical key inside my key fob — which previously unlocked my door — now looks exactly the same but no longer works. Despite maintaining polite communication, the service manager ignored my calls and emails until Honda corporate became aware of the situation. This experience was not only unprofessional and negligent but feels criminal, causing me to lose all trust in this dealership. Case Reference: American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Case #: 14585664
