Dealership Service Review
My experience at AutoNation Honda Chandler with service advisor Jordan Palazzetti was very disappointing. After leaving my car for more than 5 hours, I received no receipt, had my oil overfilled by at least a quart, and a cheap aftermarket oil filter was installed instead of the Honda OEM part. The maintenance minder was not reset, and my locking lug nut was replaced with a mismatched, larger lug nut that was cross-threaded. Even more concerning, the physical key inside my key fob — which previously unlocked my door — now looks exactly the same but no longer works. Despite maintaining polite communication, the service manager ignored my calls and emails until Honda corporate became aware of the situation.
