Dealership Service Review
I purchased my vehicle from Honda of Chandler and their sales floor was amazing. My first service went well! After my second service my vehicle broke down on the way home. I had to contact Honda service department to tow my vehicle from my home. It was a hassle and no empathy or even concern from the service team. They had my vehicle for two weeks, gave me a bunch of crap about parts they ordered and said it was looked over thoroughly and was in amazing shape now! 2 weeks later my vehicle broke down doing the same thing that they thoroughly inspected and had it in the shop for two weeks! Exact same thing, nothing different! I got to Honda on a Saturday because my vehicle that had just been in the shop two weeks ago for the same reason was having the same issue and the sales advisor says… “you don’t have an appt there is not much we can do, open your hood.” (His name was Jordan). Then he proceeds to say I know what’s wrong with it, let me just have someone come out here and fix it real quick and you can be on your way. I was livid, they had my car for two weeks claiming to replace parts and it is doing the same thing and he says, “someone forgot to tighten the bolt on your whatever pipe, I don’t understand why you’re upset, we are all human, we make mistakes”. Did not inspect the car or make sure there was nothing else wrong with the vehicle. Not one apology or even one human kind gesture considering I am a customer. I am leaving a review but I will continue sharing my story and I have been in contact with corporate because the behavior of the employees in the service department was horrible and someone needs to take accountability for this. I also spoke with Daniel a service manager that seemed loss for words. He didn’t apologize one time and when I asked for a receipt to show what they had done to my vehicle it took him 30 minutes to make one and when he handed it to me on the top it said, customer declined inspection, I told him that I never declined anything and he said well we didn’t have time. I said then I want the invoice to state that you didn’t have time because I did not decline anything. I could go on and on about the rude comments from the service team but I think this shows enough to understand that my experience was less than even a one star.
