Well organized system for service appointments

onI took my 1998 Honda CRV for inspection for two recall items. Happily both items passed the tests, so no work was necessary. Initially, I waited for the shuttle they offer, not knowing how long the inspection and any repair would take; Ashton was the tech and was very professional and considerate, and he made a point to alert me in the waiting room about 5 minutes before shuttle was to leave and let me know my car was ready. He is an excellent representative for this company.
