Poor customer service for oil change appointment

onMost disappointed visit with this dealer. Sale advisor was being rude because he was not able to make other services sale. Knowing customer having very young children waiting on the curb side, instead of the advisor walk to the customer to sign on his I-Pad, he intentionally asked us to walk up to him on the other side with all the moving cars. The cost of an oil change was double or triple of what I can get from other place, would at least have a minor car wash but that was not this case. Would any customer willing to come back to this dealership for any services with this type of experiences.
