Service -Oil Change

onHad a 10:40 appointment for an oil change and alignment check. I was told it would take 2 hours. I said I would wait for it and not go home. After over two hours I had to look for my service advisor to see if my vehicle was done. I was told they were way behind and hadn’t gotten to my car much less the alignment. Long story short after three hours my oil change was completed and I had to make a new appointment for the alignment check, for the following week. Good thing is if it does need an alignment they will pay for it. Not sure what the point of an appointment is anymore at dealerships.
