onNo issues with sales but service is another story. Brought a car in on a Thursday for service. By Friday afternoon, still no update and the real issue was when we called we couldn’t get a hold of service advisor or service. Friday afternoon the vehicle still wasn’t even looked at. We had to call sales and demand for them to get someone at service. We went and got the car after it being there for a day and a half and took it to a local service shop. Never again. They just have too many vehicles to be effective.
