Mike Culbertson showed me what incredible customer service looks like. We had a molding on the bottom of the car door which had partially popped off. I came to Honda Nation just to see if they could fix it or if I needed to go to a body shop. Mind you, I had no appointment. Mike looked at it and said he thought they could fix it. Mike took the car to the body shop area and it was fixed within 30 minutes. He even got my phone out of the car when I realized I had left it in the car once I got to the customer service waiting area. Within 30 minutes the car was fixed and back to me. I was extremely impressed with how Mike handled the situation and demonstrated what quality customer service is all about. I have his card and I will ask for him next time because he truly does exceptional work for AutoNation. I also want to thank your body shop area for being able to take care of this so quickly. That too was an impressive demonstration of true customer service. These employees showed me Honda Nation really cares about their customers!!
