Dealership Service Review
I called to get my Honda CRV in for a seatbelt recall and scheduler did not know that my car needed to be kept overnight. So I did not know until I arrived at the dealer that I would have to leave it. So I had no plans to be picked up. They did offer a shuttle which after waiting an hour still did not return from the last drive so I took an Uber home. The service clerk was not available the next day and after calling several times, speaking to several people, I just decided to show up. My car was not done, and I waited another hour until it was done. I realize everyone is understaffed, but good communication would have helped. My vehicle it’s good. It was the experience at the dealer that warranted three stars.
