Terrible Customer Service & Dealership completely ignoring (me) the customer an ignoring this dealership's responsibilities. Unwillingness to make things right, lack of empathy, knowingly sold my family a (LEMON), clearly unsafe used vehicle, with the Business clearly aware and not resolving a pre-existing mechanical failure and openly passing the buck & blaming (me) the consumer, even though clear evidence shows, no fault of my own, but being treated unfairly as a woman, and left carless with no recourse, especially when I am going through the hardest time of my life and this dealership is ok with just leaving me & my family stranded. Extremely Dissatisfied Customer with long term history.
