Tranny issues on new truck (18,000 miles). Appointment was at 7 am on a Wednesday, they finally got the truck in on Friday. Tech was not certified to work on truck so no work done on it until following Friday. Truck now in 1 week 2 days. Tech showed me parts that had failed in tranny due to poor workmanship in factory. Part list generated. Truck down for second weekend. Lady that works in Warranty not in on Monday so nothing could be ordered. Called Wednesday morning and told parts were ordered, should arrive 5-7 days. Three weeks in shop already, heading for third weekend lost without my new truck. No loaner, or replacement vehicle offered. Do not get calls back from service department even with multiple messages left. Have to stop in to get updates. Could not rate quality of work since no work has been done in three weeks. Might have a review of the work next month if I get the truck back by then. Also, who knows on price. It should be under warranty, but I am sure something will come up. Price of this service should be them paying me to stay a customer.
