Great service at Wasilla Lithia Dodge

Jim and Dan took on a warranty issue that stemmed from a different dealership and we felt we were treated very well during this process. The service team maintained communication with us, advocated on our behalf and worked hard to resolve the issue. Our problem took several visits over the course of a few months and was not an easy fix. Although our problem took a long time to resolve, it was one of the better dealership service experiences we have had given the complexity of the issue.
