onTerrible.. I took my vehicle in for an oil gasget pan change. My vehicle was kept over night. Upon pickup my windshield was cracked. Apparently, new management does not require service to write down flaws, damage, or imperfections to the visual eye prior to accepting the vehicle. I have a zero deductible insurance. If the damage was mine I could fix. My windshield was not broke & I certainly do not appreciate it. Dana management never came out. Service advised that he did not want to cover the damage. I would not refer to friends, family, or co workers.
