Hendrick Chevrolet - Hoover

Dropped my car off at 7:30 a. m. By 3:30 having not heard anything I tried to call and still no answers. When it finally was done, no one called me to explain. I was sent a video which was helpful, but I had questions about the outcome and I had to talk with the guy who I dropped it off with who was not a mechanic. He did try to answer, but it would have been helpful to have someone call me to address the issues with me so I could have some further insight into the problem. I was basically told that my car has over 100,000 miles so these things happen. It has 101,000 miles and I haven't had these type of problems with other vehicles I have had so will be shopping elsewhere for a new vehicle.
