Dealership Service Review
I had a great experience buying my vehicle from the salesman but had a few errors in paperwork and a miscommunication in scheduling service. The financing dept seems unorganized and management is lacking exposure. I had multiple issues that were known and never ever discussed any of the inconvenience with anyone in management. Finally I showed up for service on my appointment day and of course I had no appointment set. Devin was my Toyota contact in service and I explained my entire experience with the purchase. He was patient and very understanding. I got a genuine response from him that immediately made me feel better. He looked at my vehicle that day and ordered parts. The issue has been fixed but now I have another issue. Devin is exactly the type of person I want to repair my vehicle, house or anything. He is professional, knows his job very well and wascall business fixing it. I was very disappointed and regretting my purchase until I ran into Devin. So far he saved Toyota with me. He has done a phenomenal job so far and have little doubt he will continue to help me work through any issues.
