Riverside Volkswagen

I always receive incredible service at Riverside Volkswagon. Yesterday, I had full service done on my 2012 beetle. Vanessa is a wonderful service consultant. She took her time with me and helped list all of the items I needed checked or replaced. She has a calming personality that put me at ease. She kept me informed throughout the day and I was able to pick up the car before they closed. My mechanic, Sebastian, did a fabulous job and treated the car as if it was his own. It drove like new when I took it home. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. I am so proud to be a customer at this dealership. Everyone that I have ever dealt with has treated me with kindness and respect. The owners should be mighty proud of their employees because they make them shine!
