You can get a fully loaded TL with tech package and a premium package loaded G37 for around 38-39k which it near the same price and performance power as the Max but your getting much better service and treatment from the Acura and Infiniti dealer then you are from Nissan.     Relax, it isn't Nissan's fault. All manufacturers are having the same problem with batteries. Same thing happened to our Altima and both of our Honda Pilots. They die almost 2 years on the nose. With more and more electronic equipment on cars, batteries are subjected to far greater loads than ever before, and the heat in southern climates kills them.     Nissan has extended the CVT waranty to 120,000 miles at no cost. Instead of having 5 or 6 or 7 speeds, the ratios are infinite. My 2010 maxima likes to find the most economical gear as soon as you start rolling so the engine is not turning high RPMs providing you are light on the throttle.
