the politics in this post is incorrect. If you just post the problem generally on google, you would fined that other vehicles like toyota tacoma has similar problems as colorado. there is no escaping this problem. I am beginning to believe it,s a general problem throughout the industry. There is a lot of shared parts today. My power door lock,window problem corrects it self. It goes off and on with out ... You guys do know that there was a SB on the fuse block, right? When I had my initial problem with the window/fob/battery, they initially nailed me for a new $450 BCM, assuring me that was the problem. Two days later, same problem. When I said, "Put the old BCM back in", they were like, "Oh that was bad anyway". Then they gave me some scam excuse that the battery was ... Read More
Blowing fuses

I have a 2010 Chevy Colorado. I'm having difficulty with the auxillary outlets below the dashboard. I have an electronic deer whistle that plugs into the outlets. Everytime I connect the deer whistle, I blow a fuse. Can anybody help me? Thank you.

:( We have less than 1000 miles on our new 2010 Canyon, 5 cylinder, crew cab. So far, no problems. Around town, with my foot to the floor, the first tank netted about 18 m.p.g. With Highway Driving for half of the next tank and around town for the remainder, we we are right at 20 m.p.g. I sure hope this thing starts improving to make me feel a lot better ... Read More
