2023 Toyota bZ4X
The good.... it handles very well, better acceleration than most gas powered cars. Its reasonably quiet. I'm a toyota guy so the interior and electronics were a lot alike.
The not so good... Charging at home, I get close to 7kW consistently. Fast charging, it seems Toyota has limited to 30kW so a full charge can take hours and hours. Range is the disappointment. I have the AWD Limited … version and get 2.6-2.6 M/kWh or 160-170 miles range through the summer. I mostly do highway driving and have never been above 3 M/kWh.
The other nit is lack of charge planning in the car itself. Finding a charger requires a phone or pad.
I'm a bit concerned about what my winter range will be. I've got a 55 mile one way commute each day. Should still be ok unless its in the teens out. But still, I was expecting about twice the milage/range.
