My xD still puts a smile on my face.

2012 Scion xD
This Scion hatchback has been a very dependable every day commuting vehicle for me and my family. I enjoy this 4 cylinder Toyota motor. It has plenty of horse power for its class at 128 hp. The xD has some great get up and go. I own the manual transmission, and it sure is quick to pick up speed. The electronics are great in it too. My xD comes equipped with a Pioneer led touch screen … with CD, AM/FM hd radio and USB music capabilities. Traction control is standard with my model and it drives well in the rain and snow. Tires are an odd size at 16 inches, but that hasn't been a problem for me. Just call in advance and pre order your tires. Speaking of tires, the xD is equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system. The rear seats are groovy, they can recline and the posture is nice for a rear seat passenger. if you are taller than 6 foot 7 inches it is a bit snug, not for the extremely tall. I am happy to own this misfit hatchback. I was considering the Honda Fit, Nissan Versa hatch or the Ford Focus hatch. After many test drivers, I am glad I choose my Scion xD. It has allowed me to attend some amazing Scion exclusive events back in the day. The Scion brand may be gone, but the continued support from Toyota has been amazing. And years later this misfit keeps going and going! I dig this car!
