Long lasting vehicle who took a beating

2008 Saturn VUE
I had this car from 2012, when it had just 27K miles on it until 130,000 miles. The car never broke down. It had excellent power. I loved that car as I sold it at the end of 2021 to move to another country. I can’t tell you how many times I was stuck in mud, or whatever and this car would get me out of my mess. Loved it. The one thing I can complain about is the battery. I replaced the … battery every 2 years which is frequent, and I replaced the fuses/bulbs quite often too. This is to be expected for a car that was used to off road into country dairy farms for my job. This car took a huge beating and the suspension never gave out (I replaced the shocks and struts voluntarily because of the driving). All around great car that carried me through college. The sound system was also awesome (2008 XR Red Line). What I love about the Vue is you can replace almost everything yourself too. Routine wear such as headlamps are a breeze. Really great car I still miss it.
