1991 Mercury Capri
I owned my Capri for 11 years and
really loved it's manueverability,
comfort for a small car, and just plain
fun. It had very little mechanical
failure except that the automatic
transmission is poor quality and even
after repair was a poor performer. The
front seating area can handle long
legs, but not tall heads, and even
though the back seat is small, tall
people … can sit in there when the top is
down, and the trip is short. Body work
is pretty spendy! The heater and air
conditioner worked extremely well until
the last few years
The Capri has been a most enjoyable
little car, especially for the initial
price.
