2023 Mercedes-Benz EQS SUV
I have owned 4 Acura MDXs. I felt it was the best value for an SUV and I never experience any problems in the years that I owned them. The first 3 were leases and the last one was my lease that I purchased and owned for the last 6 years.
At 48000 miles and 6 years I told my wife that is was time for a new car. I did not want to buy another MDX. My neighbor has a Lincoln Aviator and I … thought that was a potential replacement for the MDX. I took it out for a test drive and loved everything about it. So it was on my short list.
I look at the Genesis GV80 but I couldn't get past buying and servicing my next luxury car from a Hyundai dealer regardless of the reviews and aesthetic. I really like that car.
Then I read about the Mercedes EQS SUV and how much they depreciated. So I went to my Mercedes dealer and took a CPO EQE 350 out for a ride. I have never driven an EV SUV prior to this and I was shocked and surprised on the refinement and overall luxury of this car. I still was not prepared to buy new or lease so I waited for the perfect time to purchase a used one.
We decided that the EQE was too small and looked for an EQS. After missing out on several amazing deals by mere hours I found one in Miami about 4 hours away. My wife and I took the trip and traded in our white 2019 MDX for 2023 Mercedes EQS 450+ SUV. Black exterior with sable grey interior. It also had the highest trim, the Pinnacle Trim, with every option except the hyper-screen.
The car had 18,000 miles and the remaining factory warranty. The original list price was over $120k and we purchased it for $47k. The had just marked it down from $55k. It was an amazing deal. This is the best SUV that we have ever owned or driven in. My wife absolutely loves, loves this car. If you can find a similar deal I don't believe you can find this amount of luxury and refinement for this price anywhere.
