2025 Lexus TX
I've had our Lexus TX 550h+ for over a month and absolutely LOVE it! It has lots of comfy space along with a very smooth ride, powerful acceleration, easy steering, excellent fuel economy, and quiet cabin. The all-electric mode (about 35-45 miles per charge) has allowed us many local trips without the need for gas. I just plug it into a normal outlet each night for 9-13 hours or 2-3 … hours with a level 2 charger.
My children love it so much, they constantly ask to go for rides. Probably because they each get their own plush leather window seat, storage area and usb-c charging port. It's ideal for weeklong roadtrips since we can easily fit our luggage and refuel gas without the need to locate or wait on a charging station.
As a side note, I do want to mention there is no panoramic sun roof and the stereo is good, but not awesome. If the stereo was awesome, I'd say this car was absolute perfection.
Finally, the starting price was around $80k ($90-100k with preferred options, markups, tax and licensing) which was okay for us after comparing all other available vehicles. We felt it was worth what we were getting -- Lexus refinement, an aspirated V6 plug-in with 404hp, simple at home charging, less trips to the gas station and plenty of space. Overall, this car definitely far exceeds what I expected and my family and I are very happy with it!
