Dashboard rattle in the first month!

Although this is a practical and spacious vehicle, unfortunately I found the quality control to be very bad. My dashboard started rattling after just one month of owning this brand new car and less than a thousand miles on the odometer. After 6 days at the dealership they said they fixed the issue but it wasn't fixed. Now I've taken it back to the dealership and it's been 2 days and they … still haven't figured out how to fix the issue despite installing their Lexus supplied insulation/ dampening kit which hasn't solved the issue. This is very unfortunate and I'm starting to regret switching from Mercedes which treated me very well for 11 years and probably would have treated me well for many more years but I needed a bigger vehicle.
