Dealer Review:

Hudson Nissan provided the worst car buying experience I have ever had. That is hard to do as I have had a few bad ones. They do not honor the pricing that they post online (different prices on different third party sites for the same car). (mileage on the advertised car much lower than the actual mileage). They say in their online adds that their $629 dealer fee is included in the listed pricing but once at the dealership they added that on to the listed price from online. They also add a dealer added option to the pricing that is over $1,000 and that is not mentioned until they show you the final numbers. They try and use that as a way to negotiate the price without ever reducing the listed price. I could go on but it is way too painful. All I can say is stay away from this dealership at all cost. If this is how they treat a perspective customer I can not imagine how they treat you once you become a customer. David Hudson I am sure you are aware of these practices but if not hope this helps you save future potential clients.

I bought my first 2020 Canyon this summer and about 4-6 weeks later, the transmission began to fail. I took it back to the dealer and demanded a replacement which the repair manager told me that was not possible but I was given a loaner vehicle. I then filed a complaint with my credit union, with GMC then called and spoke with the General Manager at the dealership. The GM worked alongside of my salesman and found me a "New", new vehicle. It was comparable, they transferred my after market step bars, sprayed the bed which I had done on the other vehicle and all was done within a few weeks. I went from being told no, I could not be helped in the beginning to giving praise to the GM and my salesman for turning a absolute nightmare into a very good expreience. I will definitely recommend Bell and Bell GMC and Buick to anyone I know looking to buy a new vehicle.

Jim was great and very prompt in returning calls and emails, and we were able to decide to purchase the pickup by Wednesday evening. Overall, there was no pressure, and this was by far the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had.
