2024 Buick Envista
I bought my Envista in November of 2023. The great price tag and visually appealing body style had me hooked. July 21st 2024, my motor blew while on the highway. I had to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. I was told the next day the engine blew due to a defect in the motor. Still under warranty it's going to be repaired however, to this day I still have not been given a time … that the new engine will be shipped to the dealership.
I'm also battling with the dealership and General Motors about giving me a loaner with unlimited miles at no cost until my car is repaired and returned. Because of the poor customer service I will never purchase a General Motors car again.
