vehicle not charging after 15 days

2024 Acura ZDX
Leased a new Acura ZDX. Initially, it took 1 month to install charger through Acura. It was charging all good. suddenly after 15 days, Vehicle is not getting charged on any charger. They have so many different numbers to contact, really not sure whom to contact. No one picks the phone trying multiple times, but nothing is of any help. Totally lost on next steps. No peace of mind. Acura … EV app is pathetic as well. Total useless for money.
