I accepted a deal in writing with Koons Tysons Toyota management, Salesman, and Appraiser for the trade in of my 2020 Tacoma TRD Sport in October, 2020. That deal was verified the morning of my arrival to buy a new 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport on November 1, 2020. However, on my arrival to the dealership a few hours later (Nov. 1) their management team refused the previously accepted in-writing deal. I've spoken to multiple managers and none of them care about the in-writing promise that was made to me. One of the managers said "post a review, it's a free country." If ANY competitors of Koons wants to see my communication history with Koons Tysons Toyota, please let me know. In my opinion, Koons Tysons of Toyota doesn't care about customer loyalty, they don't care about honoring their promises, and they think they can bully loyal customers. For them, it's all about the money and playing the game. I am appalled. The public should shop elsewhere for Tacoma trucks. There are plenty of other dealerships to shop from. Amar Rana is the General Manager Alex Armakan is the Sales Manager Ricky Jacobs is the Internet Manager All 3, plus the appraiser, Kevin Butler, and the salesman, have been on all communication emails. None of them seem to care about the Koons Promise that I received in writing. It's shameful.

Purchased an 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige(Whatever you do don’t buy the same one) After first inquiring about it and running an application, I was told I had to wait a week for a component in the AC to be replaced. After patiently waiting, I was finally received the car and finished the paperwork. Day of delivery the Vehicle came with a malfunction light. I was told give it a day or two so I did. Within the two days I received another malfunction light while the other remain. Upon bringing it back I was giving a little Nissan Rogue. After a week with no resolution, I was forced to request a return on my deposit that I’m sadly still waiting for 5 business days later. Smh

Dealer Review:

For over 9 yrs I have owned 3 new BMW vehicles from various dealerships and I have never experienced customer service, such as what I received from the BMW of Annap dealership. I communicated back and forth with a salesperson there for approx 4 weeks and selected my vehicle of choice, negotiated the price, and was waiting a couple of days for my new vehicle to arrive. My salesperson promised it would be in by the upcoming Friday (which was 4 days away) and if not, Monday at the latest. When Fri, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, and the next Fri came and went I did not hear from the salesperson, so I called her and emailed her multiple times to obtain the status. But, she would not respond to me. After unsuccessful attempts in getting her to respond, I decided to call the General Manager (GM) to find out what was going on and why did my salesperson abandon me and the deal. I spoke with him and he informed me that the vehicle I wanted was no longer available and that he could not honor the price/deal that the salesperson had promised. So, now I understand why she would not return my calls and emails. The GM did not display one iota of remorse and was not apologetic for how I was treated. His position was very lackadaisical and unconcerned about how the salesperson's inexperience, lack of knowledge, and dishonesty had inconvenienced me and wasted my time. Before ending our conversation, he halfheartedly stated that he would work on finding a deal and vehicle for me, but it is going on 3 weeks and I have not heard from him. So, at this point, the salesperson and GM's lack of customer service is definitely indicative of what's to come, if I purchased a vehicle at this dealership. So, I opted to write a letter to the President of BMW and take my business elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!

We bought a vehicle from Heritage that was definitely a lemon. Within a few days of purchasing, we had to pay $1200 to repair it and had the rear breaks blow. My biggest complaint and warning to you as a buyer, is that they advertised the vehicle as having undergone a 150 point dealer inspection AND had just passed state inspection, which is NOT possible. The drive belt (visualized by us) on the vehicle was literally chewed up. Also, the front that the flap of front end (diving under the vehicle) was literally taped up with duct tape! Can you imagine? We noticed it hanging down/blowing in the breeze after driving it a few weeks. I don’t believe or claim that Heritage knew this, but their third party inspections are not trustworthy. I would not buy a vehicle from them without first taking it to your mechanic to get it checked out first. Also beware that a carfax is not sufficient and doesn’t tell the whole story. Heritage DID try to work with us and pay for repairs at their location, but we did not trust their mechanic after finding these issues.
